proxy not blocking extension (exe)

if the exe file is heavier as the max scanning size of the virus scan, the extension blocker is not working! this is kind of a serious bug imho.

if i raise the max scanning size, then the exe file will be blocked.

i need a bug fix soooon! [:)]
