User failed authentication

I am using HTTP Proxy with AD SSO.  I have set up in AD 3 groups, WWW - Adults, WWW - Teens & WWW - Kids.  I have placed users into those groups in AD.  I have these groups set up in the ASG 7.0 using back end authentication.  I have also set them up in the HTP Proxy section using AD SSO.  When users from the Adult group login they get the correct full access.  If any of the other users login they get blocked no matter where they go.  They get prompted for login details but the Error is failed authentication.  Should I enter one of the adult users details it works.  Why are all other users except those the WWW Adult group failing to authenticate?

    Hi,

    do your have spaces in your user/group names? The 7.011 proxy can't handle this. Will be fixed with the 7.100 proxy.
