FTP open in ReadOnly mode

Hello,
I have enabled Astaro for FTP connections, create rule in network security to allow FTP service. The problem is it's only open in readonly mode, also when i enter ftp.website.com in the address, it gives me an error. So i use ftp://username[:P]assword@ftp.website.com. I try to create a rule any->any->any to test it, but likewise i don't have write permission. Knowing that if i remove Astaro and get connection directly from the modem, Everything works fine. 
So does any body can help?

    Try testing with a proper FTP client like CoreFTP.

    Is the FTP site internal or external?

    Looks like a cacheing error to me, you are probably still logging in as anonymous?
    Traffic errors should not result in read only type issues, thats more an account issue.

    Thanks a lot for your support, i was trying to access ftp via Intenet Explorer. Now i have installed Core Ftp, and i can access FTP with read and write permissions. Every Thind is OK,
