problem with user authentification

we have proxy authentification enabled and everthing so far works fine
users opens the IE and must authenticate himself, after that IE opens with the standard website(google)
so if the user connects to a website  for example: www.mueller-immo.net
(website with java content)
aslightly different login masks appears continuesly asking for  login to http proxy (our proxy ip)
login name and password
and the page isnt loaded correctly (buttons keep blank)
this happens with remotely authenticated Users
is the any..... idea to avoid this problem?
thanks

  • I'm not sure about your authentication problem, but... when I load the example page (the site you posted) from IE7, with no proxy at all between me and the site, the buttons on the left side do come up blank.  Accessing the site via the Astaro proxy yields the same results, no difference.  Simply moving the mouse over the buttons causes them to
"fill out."  I'd suspect a bug in the java code on the site, as far as the defective button rendering is concerned.

As to the authentication; are you using a backend or local user definitions?
