Unfortunately the problem did not go away on its own. Is there really nobody out there that has found a solution to it, since it is not really a new issue?
Astaro does not really help either, they simply forwarded the problem to one of their partners from which I don’t hear anything at all.
I really do like ASL and have sold it several times, but how can I do so in the future with this kind of support?
