Problem with surf control category.

When browsing Dell's site, I get no images.

Checking logs on Astaro shows:
forbidden category detected" category="1170" categoryname="Nature / Environment / Animals" action="block" reason="category" srcip="192.168.***.XX" user="" url="i.dell.com/.../montage43.js" method="GET" size="0"

However, if I go to Astaro's support page and manually check the URL i.dell.com I get the correct category. (Infrastucture).

For V7:
http://i.dell.com is in our list and categorized as Infrastructure

Any ideas?

    Simon,

Depends what you want or can do?

you van make an Exception or edit the Content filter Category!
    The sub category is Lifestyle
Is this site browsed from different pc's or just one?
  • Hi,

You can check and request website categories here:

    Cheers,

    Gary
  • It's already categorised correctly, what I want to know is why Astaro FIREWALL reporting diff category to the manual check?

Yes I could make an exception but I'm curious to why this is happening....
