This is very frustrating. If I bypass the proxy, by disabling it in internet tools on the machine in question, Snapstreams Beyond TV can update its guide data. However, if the proxy is enabled, again via the internet options, Snapstream can not update its data. It is supposed to use port 443/https. From the same machine, I am able to access https, aka port 443, without problems while the proxy is enabled. The bigest frustration is there is no log information on Astaro as to why it is being blocked. Any ideas on how to get the logs to provide more detail on why it is being blocked.
