File to edit for HTTP Filter

All,

I've got about 100 sites that I need to add to my allowed websites in V7.  However, I'm wondering if there is a file on the server itself where I can do a mass copy / paste rather than building one at a time through WebAdmin GUI.  Its an ASG320 with V7.003.  I can SSH into the box.  So I'm wondering if I could just VI the file and add this list...

Any help would be awesome guys,

Thanks in advance

  • I believe all of the configuration info in Version 7 (or at least most of it) is stored in a MySQL DB.. don't think a "simple" edit is possible.

  • I figured as much...but a guy can hope right?  [:D]

  • A mass import function would be handy, to be sure, for a lot of "list-based" configuration options... perhaps they will someday add a .csv file import function, sure would save a lot of us typing cramps!

  • through IE6 and Firefox when I go to edit:

Web Security > HTTP Profiles > Filter Actions

I have an Action that blocks everything except for a list which contains approximately 150 sites.  However, when I click to edit I get the following:

    Microsoft Internet Explorer

A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly.  If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive.

Do you want to abort the script?

    Yes / No

I'm looking around the forum but don't see anything (so far) telling us how to fix this...  Again, any assistance would rock!
