Astaro's proxy gone nutty

Suddenly everything is blocked due to a categorization error. Even though i have told it to allow everything except the nudity category. I could not get astaro's sites to come up, google was blocked..everything was blocked due to this mysterious categorization error. What's up Astaro?

Same problem here. As long as only once category is selected the categorization fails.

propably the surfcontrol server down?

Exactly same problem here. Have had to disable Content Filtering to get rid of the Categorization errors. This is exactly the same problem experienced last week with Astaro's online Content Filter databases. Problems with their ISP apparently.

Do we have to go through this again?
