I am using the ASG version 6.305 (Novell Security Manager Powered By Astaro). As soon as I enable any one of the features under Surf Protection like, Block Special Categories, Virus protection for web, internet completely stops working. What I have seen is, if I delete default profile and recreate a new one it works, but not always. I checked HTTP Proxy live log file but couldn't find out any error message.
I have a Masquerading rule for all types of internet traffic from Internal network to use the Internet NIC Address. Similarly I have added a packet filter rule to allow all types of packets from internal network.
Has any one faced this issue earlier. Please advice.
