V7 FIX: Youtube and google video

Go to:
Web Security > Http > Advanced

In the ,
add your relevent entries i.e.

http://youtube.com
http://video.google.com

Then enjoy. Video will stream unhindered by caching and scanning

    If you want/need more control you can also create exceptions (Web Security | HTTP | Exceptions) for youtube.com and whatever else, and only configure them to disable AV scanning (which is why streams don't stream... because they need to be downloaded and scanned when AV is enabled on them). 

    I like this method a bit better than bypassing the proxy completely, because access control is still in effect and Anti-spyware, etc still apply to the excepted sites.
