Hi, we have an Astaro located in our colo facility which is connected to our locations via a private IP connection. We would like to use single sign on to authenticate our http proxy users, however I cannot seem to add the astaro to our domain. When I attempt to join the domain on the user authentication page, it always fails. I wonder (kind of because it talks about the pre-2000 domain name) if this process requires some kind of broadcast traffic to reach the DCs (which are in a different, routed network)? Or can it be done somehow using wins or dns? I am not a big Windows guy so this process is kind of mysterious to me. RADIUS works fine but we would like to get rid of the http authentication prompt.
