V7 Windows Update

I've got an active directory auth http proxy setup running on V7 with the Windows Update exception in place.  I can't browse to windows update.  Any ideas?

    I'm a home user.  I have had problems with windows update on my machines.  I use the standard proxy.

    I've put the microsoft web name in the browser's 'bypass proxy' list to see if that made a difference.  It didn't seem to.

    Eventually,as a workaround, I used NAT on those systems which worked.  I don't understand why I need to do this to get it to work.  Maybe I don't need it.  I am very open to solutions.

    Hallo,

    I can't say, where it is. The windows update is always configured in ASG 7. Please, search for this configuration and turn the checkbox 'No authentication' to on. Then the windows update for Vista and XP works fine at my network.
