Can't get to online calendar

Astaro won't let me connect to an online calendar I use to see our Fire Department's events.

Astaro really doesn't give a reason, I just get this:
The following error was encountered: Access Denied. 
This means that: Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect. 


I don't have any content filtering on.  

I tried creating an HTTP Exception, but this doesn't help:
Skipping: Antivirus / Extension blocking
For:
Target Domains
http://www.mlvfd.com
http://calendar.mlvfd.com:81/mlvfd
http://calendar.mlvfd.com

    The problem is the "wierd' port number.  HTTP traffic normally runs over TCP port 80.  This particular site that you are trying to access is on port 81.  THe solution:  Add port 81 as a new service (call it whatever suits you) in Definitions / Services (use the definition for HTTP as an example--jot down those settings and create a new service; just change the 80 to 81).  Then, go to Web Security / HTTP / Advanced Tab; add the new port 81 service to the list "Allowed Target Services" there.  Should work after that.
