Can't get to online calendar

Astaro won't let me connect to an online calendar I use to see our Fire Department's events.

Astaro really doesn't give a reason, I just get this:
The following error was encountered: Access Denied.
This means that: Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

I don't have any content filtering on.

I tried creating an HTTP Exception, but this doesn't help:
Skipping: Antivirus / Extension blocking
For:
Target Domains

  • The problem is the "wierd' port number.  HTTP traffic normally runs over TCP port 80.  This particular site that you are trying to access is on port 81.  THe solution:  Add port 81 as a new service (call it whatever suits you) in Definitions / Services (use the definition for HTTP as an example--jot down those settings and create a new service; just change the 80 to 81).  Then, go to Web Security / HTTP / Advanced Tab; add the new port 81 service to the list "Allowed Target Services" there.  Should work after that.
