Double Login Windows with Firefox

I have astaro v7.002 and use basic user authentication.  When I open firefox 2.0, there are two astaro login windows, one right behind the other.  I have to login into both to access the internet.  I don't have this problem with IE7.

    are you open two tabs before login in that could be the problem

    I do have two tabs, maybe that's it.  I have another similar problem that started  recently.  I'll be in firefox, already browsing web sites and I'll open an new tab and I'll get a bunch of astaro login popups, they just keep coming, even when I login, I just get another login popup.  It could be a dozen. Usually I just cancel them and after a while they stop.  It's really strange.

    i had a similar Problem with the Goolge Toolbar in Firefox (and ASL6)... as long as it was active i got more then 10 Login Boxes... and sometimes some of them were "mangled"... Two Buttons (for OK and Cancel) but without the Text... and they weren´t clickable... but the "Enter" Key worked...

    So i got rid of the Google Toolbar in Firefox...

    I'll try removing the google toolbar and see if that helps.  I've had the google toolbar for a long time and never had a problem until recently.
