Content Filter Confusion

I have Astaro v7.002.  If I go to Web Security > HTTP Profiles > Filter Actions > and create a filter that blocks some content, these content blocking setting are also reflected in Web Security > HTTP > Content Filter Tab.  Why are these two linked?   If I create another Filter Action and block some other content categories, these changes are not reflected in the Content Filter Tab.

    Will the content filter at least work consistenlty for the same sites.  I'd like to get it setup correctly.  I'm having trouble with the HTTP Profiles.  The documentation doesn't explain it very well.  There's a couple things I am trying to accomplish with the HTTP profiles

    For the kids group: No Nudity, No access to internat weekdays from 5-9am
    For my wife: block specific sites (basicallly the sites my kids go on, I want to force the kids to use their own login)
