URL format for blocking websites

For Astaro v7.002, Web Security > Proxy Profiles > Filter Actions, what is the format of the URL if I want to block a site.  For example, lets say I want to block everything from www.blockme.com, including sub-domains.  What exactly do I enter:
www.blockme.com
http://www.blockme.com
blockme.com
.blockme/.com   - I saw this in an old post where they talk about use regular expressions

I looked in Astaro manual, and they don't say anything about this; just to enter the website.
