As I have said in previous posts I have been unable to use the HTTP Proxy feature of v7.001. Well I have finally found that it looks to be a bug in the backup file made in v7.000.
If I reset v7.001 to factory settings HTTP Proxy works. If I restore my 7.000 backup it doesn't
If I Reset v7.001 and then setup manually with HTTP Proxy enabled and make a backup, restoring that new backup after a reset doesn't break the HTTP Proxy.
Hope this helps someone, it did me.
