Download troubles....

Hi all,

I have my proxy set to standard mode...

Sometimes when I download a 50 or so meg file, the Astaro scanning page is presented and shows the progress of the download. Once the download is complete, the scanning page changes to the virus scanning page. Then, it just sits there in a loop. It never gets beyond that point where it offers me to save the file. Some downloads work just fine ---

I am using version 6.3.

Anyone else have this issue? If so, how do I correct it?

    v6.3 or v6.303

    To a certain degree it really depends on the grunt in your ASG cpu and memory and disk size.

    Sometimes the receiving application times out before the scanning process is finished. If you download it again immediately you should get an almost instantaneous response because the download will be in the cache.

    I could never workout why some downloads brought up the download screen and others did not.

    Thanks - it is version 6.303. 

    Have not had a problem in the last 10 or so downloads...
