Media Streaming & iTunes

Hello,

We are having problems getting some media streaming and iTunes radio to work. I've added the following to our URL whitelist, but it still doesn't seem to work.

    What version of ASG?

    My son had been complaining that itunes wouldn't work for him, it kept timing out would I please fix the firewall. This was going on for a couple of days and I couldn't find anything wrong.
    Bingo, somebody fixed something at itunes yesterday because it now works.

    We are using ASG Release 6.303. It looks like it is connecting, but you can't hear anything. This happened with You Tube and Real Media, but it was fixed when we added the above entries into the URL whitelist.
