AntiVirus doesn't working

hi,
can someone tell me, how i use the anti virus scanner. This is from the live log (http).
2007:02:19-20:13:16 (none) httpproxy[3615]: id="0002" severity="" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="" action="block" reason="error" server_error="" client_error="" srcip="192.168.2.201" user="" url="http/" method="" size="0"

i can't really understand what is wrong.

    we need additional information about how you have the http proxy configured.

    1/. which version of ASG are you using?
    2/. transparent or standard mode?
    3/. describe you setup (parameters) or put a screen shot up for us to look at.
