HTTP proxy problem

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue with the HTTP proxy where we cannot access a site that is using port 8088.

Astaro V6.3

Surf Protection on
Active Directory Authentication on
AV No

This is the error I find in the http proxy log:

2006:12:06-16:07:15 (none) squid_access[7435]: 1165421235.481 50 192.168.150.82 TCP_DENIED/403 1376 GET http://www.sitename.co.uk:8088/ - NONE/- text/html

When no proxy is specified and only a default gateway is set the site is accessible.

I have tried whitelisting it (domain & url), skipping authentication for the domain but to no avail.

Any ideas?

    Thnaks for the reply.  

    Port 8088 was not in the Allowed Target Services of the proxy.  That has got past the original problem however I am now getting a different error when I access the site via the proxy:

    You are not authorized to view this page
    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept.  

    Any ideas what could be causing this?
