Restart downloads not working via HTTP proxy

Using version 6.303.

Download managers cannot restart downloads from breakpoint.
Restart possible only from begin.

If download managers runs via direct connection (without firewall),
restart possible and working fine.

What settings for HTTP proxy I need?

Why?
By example, with Novell Border Manager HTTP proxy download restart working without any problems.
Would be support this mode in the future updates?

Because the Astaro proxy doesn't support HTTP Range requests (and it doesn't look like they will support them any time in the near future):

Same situation with FTP?

Or in the current version exist possibility make settings for restart downloads via FTP (without HTTP at all) ?

I am using a transparent http proxy also. For the FTP downloads, it is OK in my side, the resume is supported.

But for the HTTP, I enable the SOCKS4 and play a bit with the setting of the accelerator software. The resume works.

From the Help

"In Transparent mode, the proxy will handle all traffic passing the firewall on port 80. In this mode, the clients do not need to enter the proxy in their browser configuration. Please note that the proxy cannot handle FTP and HTTPS (secure) requests in this mode. If your clients want to access such services, you must open the respective ports (21 and 443) in the packet filter."
