How to configure a remote syslog

Hi,
can anyone give an insight about the remote logging ? for instance how should anyone configure a remote linux box to receive http proxy logs from astaro ?

Hi,

I have configured to auto-mail the logs. Is there a specific program that can analyze http access logs and e-mail them to specific users ?
