Cannot access http://forum.hlaglobal.com/hlaglobalforum

Dear all
If I activate the http-proxy (standard or transparent) I cannot access the following website:

http://forum.hlaglobal.com/hlaglobalforum

If I deactivate the proxy and just add a rule in the packet-filter allowing in- and out-going http traffic it works.

Can anyone help?

what does this mean?

It means, that there is a .htaccess file in the directory on the web server which causes the (apache) webserver to prompt the user on the client side for a username and password before it delivers the actually requested page.
