Squid log filling /var/log

Have a strange problem with squid. The process seems to fill up the /var/log partition with its logs in less then 1 hour. It seems to start around midnight, guess when log-rotate starts.
After around and hour I got a 38 GByte file full of the following entries:

2006:07:24-00:00:03 (none) squid[11687]: httpAccept: FD 16: accept failure: (22) Invalid argument
2006:07:24-00:00:03 (none) squid[11687]: comm_accept: FD 16: (22) Invalid argument

The system can't delete the file automatically, and so the system shuts down, because the partition is 100% full.

I reconfigured the proxy now, just to see if there was bug in the config.
