User-Groups for FTP-Access via http-Proxy

Hi,
i'm using the ASG320 (6.203) with local User accounts to provide Web-Access for our Users.
The FTP-Service is mentioned in the http-Proxy options, but i cant find a way to define special Users for FTP-Access. 
Are there more ways to delegate access-rights for Users when using the AD-Membership?

    Block ftp for the normal web-surfers via blacklist entry
    ^ftp\:\/\/
    Make a new blank profile for ftp downloaders and assign the user to them.

    Now the normal users can't download ftp, because they can't connect to the ftp server (as long as they go via the proxy). Only the ftp-user can access ftp sites.
