Server 408 error

my computer can,t downloading acrobat reader. it's a manager and i need help. what can i do , please?

    I need more detail in order to help.

    Is this a new firewall install?
    What version?
    Could you download before?
    Are you running Proxy?
    If I remember correctly 408 error is a timeout error.  There could be multiple things causing this.

    Let me know.
