How to block "bad" keywords in search engines?

Does ASL have the ability to block results when users go to a search engine and enter "bad" words in their search?  For instance, going to a search engine and entering "nude women" returns a list of links; even though the links themselves may be blocked, you still get a page full of search results (some can be pretty graphic depending on your search terms--not what we want our elementary students reading).  I have seen how you can prevent users from changing from Google SafeSearch, but that doesn't help with other search engines.  Is this a simple option I am missing (short of having to manually enter every conceivable bad search term I can think of)?  Our previous filtering service automatically prevented you from getting search results if your search included "bad" words, including certain celebrity names, etc.
