aveserver daemon not running - restarted

Hello,

a friend of miine get lots of these errors.

He uses V5.200. I already deleted /var/chroot-kav/var/db/kav/5.0/kav4mailservers/bases/* and did a manually update.

But the problem occurs again.

I also get these messages per email:
Restarted Virus Scanner with backuped pattern


What can I do? I already rebooted the ASL
