Proxy and Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2003)

Hello,

I have have problems to access Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2003, forms-based authentication) over the proxy server (astaro 6.103, https enabled).

After logon to Outlook Web Access there is an error Message: "Your session has expired. To continue, please re-enter your domain\user name and password, and then click Log On."

There is no problem to access Outlook Web Access without the proxy or with another ssl enabled proxy server.

I would check two things first:

Make shure you cleared all your browser-cache before doing authentication for OWA.

If this does not help, you might need to change the authentication in IIS for OWA to standard-authentication.

Thank you for your answer.

Clearing the cache doesn't work.... The problem in OWA is the the forms-based authentication. This authentication is part of the security policy of our mail provider.

Is there a setting that I can change in astaro?

Have you made sure to allow HTTPS with the packet filter? That is not a proxyable protocol, as far as I know...
