WPAD setup

Hello,

I was recently asked to setup wpad - proxy auto-discovery feature for our enterprise.
Does anyone know how to setup that in/with Astaro?

I have found these directions on Microsoft web-site -- http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/isa/2004/plan/automaticdiscovery.mspx -- which explains how to setup the DHCP server and/or DNS server to point the computers in the enterprise, once they get the DHCP IP address, to the proxy server.

Any response will be greatly appreciated.

Are you using ASL for DHCP, or another server?

You can modify the ASL DHCPd files, but it's not supported.
