How to prevent Downloads?

Hello,
is there any possibility on ASL 6 to prevent downloads for users? We dont want our users to download files from internet.

You can activate the "Cobion Surf Protection" for file extensions.
There you put in the "normal" file extensions like .exe, .zip, .rar, etc...
an no one can download these files anymore.
