6.103 HTTP proxy download RAR file error

Hi all,

We and our customers have problem at downloads with RAR files. HTTP proxy downloader reports "Unknown vir" in RAR file but this RAR file is OK.

Doesn't know what about it ?

    I have the same problems with .rar files. 
    Everytime I want to download these files, Astaro blocks the download because it's "infected by a virus" (unknown).

    Maybe it's a bug in V6?

    This is a limitation of the ClamAV virus scanner. Licensing issues prohibit ClamAV from being able to scan RAR 3.0 archives. Astaro should have disabled scanning of RAR files for ClamAV engine and just allowed Kaspersky to scan. They may have edited clam.conf to treat encrypted archives as viruses as well. Disable Clamav scanner and try to download the file. If you can then report the bug to Astaro, and they should be able to send a fix in the next update.
