Where is the "Web Mail" category in Cobion?

Hello all,
I can't find the webmail category in the categories list.
Was it removed by mistake? Can I show it and block all sites correspond.
I checked Cobion DB in the internet and they clearly have that category.

Please advice

    Sorry, Stupid question!
    Let me revise,
    Can I open a new Category and insert web mail alone?
    I want to reserve the "information_And_Communication" as is, but don't want to add the webmail to one of the already selected categories.
    Is There a way to open up my list?
