tranparent HTTP Proxy ProbS

hello

i use astaro 6.102 with a tranparent http-proxy. the "allowed target service" with http and https. it is not possible to buy in a shop-system like os:commerce with ssl. when i disable http-proxy it runs?...??!?!?!??!

Transparent HTTP Proxy only looks for port 80 requests. If you want to use HTTP Proxy for other protocols like FTP and HTTPS, you need to set proxy to standard and set your browser to use Astaro as proxy.

Otherwise you will need to create a packet filter rule for HTTPS traffic.

why the programmers do not change in the tranparent-mode the "allowed target service" option ? only set "http"

Astaro uses Squid as its web proxy. And squid is coded only to look for port 80 requests and service those requests when it is set to transparent mode. You can modify Squid's ACLs but this would void the warranty with Astaro.
