Content could not be loaded with Virus protection

Hi NG,

i've the following problem with my ASL, version 6.101 with active surf protection (one profile) and activated "Virus Protection":

when i try to open 'www.microsoft.com' e.g. with my Internet Explorer (but even with firefox, too), i get the error

Content could not be loaded

.....

No matching scanner profile found for '@','192.168.x.y','http-response'

When i set the 'Virus Protection for Web' to inactive, the Website from evil empire opens...The same problem with Webcasts from Microsoft, and so on. All other sites have no problems.

What is the problem with the Virus protection and how can i solve this?

    This problem appears to be fairly common with our customers recently. I think you should try deleting all your profiles and recreating them. Also make sure the profile matches your connection. (eg. if you are not using authentication, then the profile should match the IP range you are coming from).
