Can someone help me understand why I get this message when I try to download Ringtones from cingular. I have the proxy in standard mode and I get this,

The requested URL could not be retrieved

If I turn the proxy settings off in the web browser and create a rule to allow any service out then it works OK. Of course I don't want to do that so I would like it to work through the proxy.
