{Ver6.03} Download fails

When some users tries to download anything from the net,
The netGuardian pops up and downloads the stuff.
When they click the diskette of the finished download, they get "The page cannot be displayed" DNS Error.
You know that it alegedaly send the user to fetcher.fw-notify.com .
Other users download just fine.
Can anyone explain?
Did anyone experienced such a thing?

NetGuardian is the replacement of the Cobion screen used to be in version 5.x .
When we upgraded to ver. 6 it popped out screens with the logo NetGuardian.

My problem is getting serious,
More and more users are complaining that download cannot be finished,
They get the diskette but upon clicking on it, they get a "page cannot be diplayed" message,
Didn't anyone come across that situation?

Are you using the IE? We got such phenomen with some strange IE configurations, but worked a soon we entered the URL into the local-site category of the IE.

Found the solution to that one,
Apparanetely computers not updated with the comulative IE patch by Microsoft, are not able to download from asl. once patched, everything works.
