6.004 http proxy and IE has jpg trouble...

I have an ASG220 with the http proxy in std mode.  I am blocking spyware, nudity, viruses, disable scanning for images, and anon turned off.

When I go to cnn.com (home page) with IE the "main" photo in the middle of the page and the "services" menu pic on the left are empty.  In IE I have to click "show pictures" to get them to show.  This does not happen with Firefox.

I turn off the content filtering and it goes away.  The URLs for the photos are coming from i.a.cnn.net and I tried whitelisting that domain with no luck.  They are not in the http_block.log and I cannot figure out why these 2 images act like this on XP SP2 IE6 SP2 machines.

Anyone got a suggestion?

    Paul,
    I have the same problem. I am not convinced that enabling the "don't scan pictures" works. The jpegs from various sites I visit take a long time to download.

    I will watch with interest.

    Well Ian,

    This is still a problem on my network.  It happens on Windows 2000 boxes too.  Anything running the latest version of IE with all patches installed.  I have no idea why.  I think I will take a couple of screen shots and goto my local then Astaro support if no one else can shed any light or possibly give up some hints on how to fix it.

    v6.102 has the same problem. It is necessary point our boss search the news from a special agency but he can't display the image (.jpg) it is very important problem.  is there an idea to solve this problem? [:S]

    What I found to work is after the page says it is done, click on refresh page and the whole page will then load.

    I know these things are not good to have to tell the boss, but advise him it is for his and his companies own good to help reduce the nasties that are trying to get to his PC.
