I have content filtering off. It's also not even enabled since i do not have a license for it. However whenever i am downloaing something large..say over 20 megs..I notice the following:

The load then start going through the roof on the box as well. At one point it shot up to 4.5+ and was still rising until i shutdown the http proxy totally. During this time it took a minute for webadmin to come up. Why is hyperdyper scanning things when it's been told to stay out of the way?
