Squid not running - restarted

About once an hour I am getting an alert email stating "squid not running - restarted". Started happening within the last 24 hours. No changes have been made to the machine to prompt this.

I am running 5.206. I've rebooted the machine, no difference. 

Parse of HTTP Proxy live log:

2005:08:11-07:15:25 (none) squid[3960]: squid.conf line 51: acl LOCAL_PORT dstport 16497
2005:08:11-07:15:25 (none) squid[3960]: aclParseAclLine: Invalid ACL type 'dstport'
2005:08:11-07:15:25 (none) squid[3960]: squid.conf line 53: http_access allow LOCAL_NAME LOCAL_PORT
2005:08:11-07:15:25 (none) squid[3960]: aclParseAccessLine: ACL name 'LOCAL_PORT' not found.
2005:08:11-07:15:25 (none) squid[3960]: Squid is already running! Process ID 972

What would cause this? What can I do to fix it?

    Home user - 10 licenses. Been running well over over a year with no problems.

    Ha sthis been running v5 for over a year or was this a recent upgrade?

    Also,
    Which features are you using?  Could jsut be underpowered..

    Yes, this has been running v5 for over a year.

    I'm not even using the HTTP proxy, so I'm not sure why it is complaining about restarting.
    I'm using: packet filter (obviously), DHCP server, intrusion protection, NAT with WAN, LAN, and DMZ. DNS Proxy, SMTP proxy but only for Astaro based email alerts (no client usage).

    CPU load 15 minute current is .15, average is 154.58 m
    Used memory is average 1/2 of physical mem, doesnt even use swap space.
    Log file partition is only 6% used. Same with /var/storage - barely used.
    I dont use High Avail, or virus protection, or VPN, or DynDNS,or Remote Syslog.

    That is strange.  Try turning on the http proxy..wait a few minutes then turn it off.  Have you tried v6?  I have noticed it is snappier than v5(and backups from v5 work in v6).  Test that to see if that takes care of it?

    So far, your suggestion seems to have worked. I turned on HTTP proxy, waited half an hour, then turned it back off. I haven't gotten any notifications for the past six hours.

    As for v6, I'll have to give that a shot sometime soon.
