Starmoney over ASL

Hallo,
i hope, this is the forum, where i can ask for my problem:

I have installed Starmoney 5.0(homebanking software from Star Money) on my client in the internal network. Now I can't work with my homebanking software via HBCI. The software can't connect a TCP/IP-Connection.
Have I to generate a packet filter rule from my internal network to the ip-adress of the bank e.g src: internat network, dest. any or ip-adress from bank, allowed hbci ?
