Citrix with Http proxy

Hello,
I can't seem to open applications from Citrx ICA web (nfuse) when I have my Http proxy on. I would reciever this error everytime I try to open/launch an application, "Protocol Driver Error". I am using Active Directory authentication for HttP proxy. My ASL version is 5.206. I already allow the Citrix ports into my internal network but I still get an error. Any help is appreciated.

Is the Citrix server on your internal lan? If so instruct your browser not to use the proxy for that particular server.

No. The Citrix server is external.

Are u accessing the nfuse site via port 80 or 443 ?

Ensure that the correct port (443?) is in the ASL Proxy config.
Failing that, try whitelisting the nfuse web site.

Hi,

didnt the citrix also need some other port. Thougt I had to open TCP 1494 at a customer site, for Citrix Web to work properly.

It depends on how it's setup.

If he is running nFuse with Citrix Secure Gateway, you only need port 443.
