settings for WSUS behind ASL5.2

running my SUS-servr for deploying all the nescessary MS-patches in my LAN worked fine. since i moved to the new version WSUS, the traffic vom MS to my LAN by downloading the patches gets rumbled in my ASL box (kept up to date by the up2date-service).
the traffic is being doenloaded, but not correctly saved.
the w2k-error-log  says, that this is because of an proxy problem. WSUS wants to use proxy http1.1, but it seems, that ASL downgrades this to 1.0. is this correct?

and: Does anyone have an idea, how to resolve this? is there a way setting a bypass fpr a host to the proxy-service?

    Don't forget this one for error event 364: http://wsus.editme.com/ContentFileDownloadFailed  http://wsus.editme.com/ContentFileDownloadFailed. I think this tells bits to just download the damn thing. the post at the bottom is the one and updates the wsus config. There are all sorts little bugs in wsus. Some really fun ones arrive when you uninstall sus if it was installed on the same box as wsus.

    Try these steps as a workaround on the WSUS server, if you unable resolve 
    this issue from the proxy/firewall side.

    1. net stop WSusService
    2. CD "%programfiles%\Update Services\tools\osql\osql.exe" -S
