http proxy + AD win2003 sp1

Hi all,

I have a problem with this configuration:

- ASG 110 5.203, Active Directory user authentication, http proxy in active directory operation mode, no content filter.
- Win2003 server SP1, Active Directory, http_access group defined.

With IE 6 I got: "The page cannot be displayed".
With Firefox 1.0.4: "Content could not be loaded" and "NTLM challenge".
I think there is a problem with LAN manger authentication but I don't know why...

All works fine if the proxy is in standard mode.

Anoyone with the same problem?

    I have this issue too since I updated to SP1....

    Can´t find something in the logs on windows side ...

    Can someone help?

    I'm here again...
    Now I found on article # 149823 of knowledgebase that we can solve our problem but it doesn't work.
    As described on the article, I changed the Lan manager authentication level to 'Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated'.
    I noticed that on my domain controller (2003 srv + SP1) I can't find "Security Settings + Domain Policy + Security Options".
    Instead I found "Security Settings + Local Policy + Security Options".

    Also the users are not able to use proxy (a login request appears).

    I'm using an ASG110 v5.205.

    Hi,

    i know this article. But this is only for domain controllers!

    My XP Clients also have these issues....
