Error with one user of domain

QVICIO
today, one user of my domain (active directory) can´t access to internet, and yesterday can...
 
this is the log of "user authentication daemon"

This user exist in Active Directory...

    No especial characters.....

    today, other user have the some problem:

    In Active Directory, the counts are OK..
