content block by ip-address

is it possible to assign the surf-protection to a certain IP-adress? i defined the computer as a host, but i really dont know, how to go on ...

    activate content filter in http proxy settings
    just assing  a profile to the needed ip/host in http proxy settings and activate it.
    that's it - simple.

    ok it doenst work ...

    what i did: 
    o   i defined a host named ELR1 pointing to 10.0.0.201
    o   i acktivated the cobian http-content filter
    o   i added a rule for filtering scenarios adding some whitelist-domains
    o  i added a assignment for the rule and assigned the host

    Q: do i have to assign a user also? actually the only user is the admin. the blocking works fine on all machines (regarding to asecond ruleset).
