Connect on HTTPS

Hello all,
Working with Version 5.200.
Some of my users have found out that they can use Https tunneling and then connect to whatever services they want on the outside world (Mainly using Emule, iMesh etc.).
I have enabled the "Block connect mode on http" but how can I monitor the Https activity and block the desired Connect modes? I still want MSN Messenger to work and it is using the same method (of Connect over HTTPS).

Do you have IDS/IPS licensed?

This would be the easiest way to block them.
Make sure that https only works over the HTTP Proxy.

Is it allowed for your internal users?

I have the IPS running, although none of my users have a direct connection to the Internet.
All users are going through the proxy.
I can even see them on the logs performing "Connect" on https.
