Lately I have been thinking about using an anti-virus and surf control for more safe access for our office.
After installation of ASL 5, registration as a trial version and update to version 5.103, I have first tested this configuration:
1, user –> asl ( standart proxy + confs + coav ) - > internet
This works ok.
2, user -> small proxy (to parent asl conf : 8080 7 no-query) -> asl ( standart proxy + antivir ) -> internet
This doesn’t work.
3, user -> small proxy -> asl (transparent proxy + confs + antivir ) -> internet
This works very well, but only http traffic.
I need to use conf. 2. Is it possible?
Or is it possible to use ASL as a surf-control and antivirus in farm for load balancing (unlimited license)?
user -> lvs ->
-> asl1_in - asl1_out - internet 1
-> asl2_in - asl2_out - internet 2
-> asl3_in - asl3_out - internet 3
